No War, No Weapons

Foresight Group's investment products have codified ethical red lines, banning any direct investments in companies that derive any revenue from controversial weapons (anti-personnel mines, cluster munitions, chemical, and biological weapons).

They also ban investments in companies deriving over 10% revenue from offensive weapons (military weapons, firearms like assault weapons, rifles, and pistols). The company's policy commits to divest from non-compliant holdings, ideally within 6 months. Foresight's Human Rights Policy ensures due diligence processes are based on the UN Guiding Principles (UNGPs) and OECD Guidelines for Responsible Business Conduct, and it expects its suppliers to support and enact the UNGPs and UN Global Compact. Zero Waste & Sustainable Products

Foresight Group has implemented four waste reduction initiatives for its corporate business, including developing the PACT platform to capture waste production data, implementing digital options to reduce printing, and establishing a sustainable IT policy and a responsible sourcing policy for IT, food, and stationery.

The company has set company-wide quantitative targets to reduce waste per FTE and increase recycling/diversion from landfill percentage. Foresight Group ensures responsible practices and adherence to environmental laws regarding hazardous waste management, with no waste disposal violations reported. Furthermore, the company has a Sustainable Sourcing Policy for all suppliers that includes environmental and sustainable conduct.
