The CEO-to-median employee pay ratio on a total remuneration basis was 118:1. Additionally, 30% of employees were covered by collective bargaining agreements in 2024.

Kind to Animals

Kerry Group reported that in 2021, 57% of its egg volumes in Europe met cage-free and/or free-range requirements

Kerry Group suspended all operations and stopped all exports to Russia and Belarus on April 4, 2022, due to the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine, after scaling back activities for weeks.

The company committed to paying its 250 employees in these regions and fulfilling legal obligations during the suspension. Kerry updated its Human Rights Policy in 2024, stating its approach aligns with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and reinforcing its commitment to human rights due diligence processes. The company conducts an annual risk assessment to identify suppliers with a high potential for human rights risks. Kerry partners with the World Food Programme, Concern Worldwide, and other NGOs to improve livelihoods and increase food security. , and pledged to donate any profit made from Russia/Belarus to humanitarian relief efforts.
